A summer house behind the dune line, built from lime-rendered block and untreated pine that will silver within two seasons.

Rooms are arranged as a loose chain around three shaded courts, so the house is never fully enclosed and never fully open. Cross-ventilation does the work that air conditioning would otherwise do.
